Adjusting Brewing Temperature

The CASABREWS Ultra allows you to customize the brewing temperature for your espresso. This adjustment only applies to espresso brewing.

1. Ensure the machine is on and in standby mode (not actively brewing or steaming).
2. Press and hold the "Hot Water" button for a few seconds until the temperature setting appears on the LCD.
3. Use the "One Cup" and "Two Cup" buttons to cycle through the four available temperature settings.
4. Press the "Hot Water" button again to confirm your selection.

Create rich, creamy microfoam for lattes and cappuccinos.

1. Forbered mælk: Fill a stainless steel frothing pitcher with cold whole milk, typically to just below the spout.
