Setting Control Temperatures
The ST3012 ZFX-ST3012 allows for independent temperature settings for its two control channels (left and right displays).
- Set the Left Control Temperature:
- Tryk på "SÆT" button once. The left screen display will flash.
- Brug "UP"og"NED" buttons (left side) to adjust the desired temperature.
- To save and exit, press any of the right side "UP" eller "NED" buttons.
- Set the Right Control Temperature:
- Tryk på "SÆT" button twice. The right screen display will flash.
- Brug "UP"og"NED" buttons (right side) to adjust the desired temperature.
- To save and exit, press any of the right side "UP" eller "NED" buttons.
Parameter Settings (Menu Codes)
To access and modify advanced control parameters:
- Tryk og hold nede "SÆT" button for three seconds to enter the parameter setting menu.
- Brug "UP" eller "NED" buttons to navigate through the menu codes.
- Once you have selected a menu code, press the "SÆT" button once to enter its setting state.
- Brug "UP" eller "NED" buttons to adjust the parameter value.
- Tryk på "SÆT" button again to save the change and exit the current parameter setting, or wait for a few seconds for it to auto-save and exit.
Menu Code Descriptions:
| Menukode | Beskrivelse | Explanation / Unit |
|---|---|---|
| HC | Refrigeration/Heating Mode | Set thermostat working mode: H = Heating, C = Cooling |
| D | Temperature Difference (Hysteresis) | Temperature difference between startup and shutdown. Prevents rapid cycling. |
| LS | Ultralow Temperature Alarm | Set the lower limit for temperature alarm. |
| HS | Ultratemperature Alarm | Set the upper limit for temperature alarm. |
| CA | Temperaturkorrektion | Adjusts the measured temperature for calibration. |
| PT | Forsinket start | Minimum downtime before restarting the compressor/heater (in minutes). |
Start and Stop Timing
While in standby mode, press the "SÆT" button once to initiate timing output. The screen will alternate displays, indicating timing is active.
Opretholdelse
- Rensning: Brug en blød, tør klud til at rengøre enheden. Brug ikke slibende rengøringsmidler eller opløsningsmidler.
- Sensorpleje: Ensure the temperature sensor probe is kept clean and free from obstructions for accurate readings. Avoid bending or damaging the sensor cable.
- Strømafbrydelse: Always disconnect power to the unit before performing any cleaning or inspection.
- Miljøforhold: Operate and store the device within the specified temperature and humidity ranges to ensure longevity.
Fejlfinding
If you encounter issues with your ST3012 ZFX-ST3012 controller, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Ingen strøm/display:
- Check power connections to ensure they are secure and correctly wired according to the voltage (12V, 24V, or 110-220V AC).
- Kontroller, at strømkilden er aktiv og leverer den korrekte lydstyrke.tage.
- Unøjagtig temperaturaflæsning:
- Ensure the sensor probe is correctly connected and not damaged.
- Check if the sensor is placed in an appropriate location, away from direct heat sources or drafts that could affect readings.
- Consider using the "CA" (Temperature Correction) parameter to calibrate the sensor if a known accurate reference thermometer is available.
- Controller Not Activating Load (Heating/Cooling):
- Verify that the "HC" parameter is set correctly for Heating (H) or Cooling (C).
- Check the set temperature and the current temperature. The load will only activate when the temperature deviates beyond the set point and hysteresis ("D" parameter).
- Ensure the "PT" (Delay Start) parameter is not preventing immediate activation.
- Inspect load wiring for secure connections.
- Alarm Triggering Unexpectedly:
- Review the "LS" (Ultralow Temperature Alarm) and "HS" (Ultratemperature Alarm) settings to ensure they are appropriate for your application.
- Check for sudden temperature fluctuations that might be triggering the alarm.
