Opsætning

1. Udpakning og komponenter

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. The FRESKO Fully Automatic Vacuum Sealer comes with a comprehensive starter kit:

• Food Vacuum Seal Machine (1 unit)

• Rolls Bags (2 units: 8” x 20’ & 11” x 20’)
• Air Suction Hose (1 unit)

2. Indledende placering

Place the vacuum sealer on a flat, stable, and dry surface. Ensure there is enough space around the unit for proper ventilation and operation. Connect the power cord to a suitable electrical outlet.

Betjeningsvejledning

1. Automatic Modes

The AutoMax V8 features intelligent automatic operation for convenience.

• Vacuum & Seal Mode:

  For vacuuming air and sealing bags. Place the open end of the bag under the Green baffle. Close the lid firmly. The machine will automatically detect the bag and food type (dry or moist) and initiate the vacuuming and sealing process. The auto-locking system ensures the lid is securely closed without extra pressing.

• Seal Only Mode:

  To seal bags without vacuuming. Place the open end of the bag under the Red baffle. Close the lid. The machine will automatically seal the bag.

2. Manual Modes

• Pulstilstand:

  Allows you to manually control the vacuum degree, ideal for delicate or easily deformed foods like bread or chips. Place the bag opening under the Green baffle and close the lid. Press and hold the "Pulse" button to vacuum. Release the button to stop vacuuming and initiate sealing.

• External Vacuum Mode:

  For vacuuming jars, sous vide bags, containers, or wine plugs. Connect the air suction hose to the external interface port on the machine and to your container. Press the "External" button to begin vacuuming.

3. Built-in Bag Cutter & Roll Storage

The AutoMax V8 features a convenient built-in roll storage and bag cutter, allowing you to create custom-sized bags efficiently. Simply open the lid, pull out the vacuum bag roll to your desired length, and use the integrated cutter to make a clean cut.

4. Food Type Detection

The machine intelligently identifies whether the food is dry or moist, adjusting the sealing process accordingly. This ensures optimal preservation for various food items.

The FRESKO AutoMax V8 is suitable for a wide range of food types:

1. Rengøring af apparatet

To ensure hygiene and prolong the life of your vacuum sealer, regular cleaning is essential. The vacuum chamber is detachable for easy cleaning.

• Wash the detachable chamber with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reattaching.

A replacement foam gasket is included in your starter kit. To replace, gently peel off the old gasket and press the new one firmly into place, ensuring a snug fit.
