Generel sikkerhed

4. Installationsvejledning

This electric fireplace offers versatile installation options. Always ensure the installation area is structurally sound and electrical connections meet local codes.

Generelle retningslinjer for installation

Choose a location away from direct sunlight, which can affect the flame effect.
Maintain proper clearance from combustible materials as specified in the safety section.
Ensure the power supply is easily accessible after installation.

Installationstyper

The HIRESC 3-sided electric fireplace supports various recessed installations:

Fuldt indbygget: The entire unit is flush with the wall.
Half-Recessed: A portion of the unit protrudes from the wall.
Single-Sided: Only the front view er synlig.
2-Sided: Front and one side view er synlige.
3-Sided: Front and both sides are visible, offering a panoramic flame display.

Elektrisk tilslutning

The fireplace offers two connection methods:

Plug-in: Connect the power cord directly to a standard 120V grounded outlet.
Hardwired: For a permanent installation, the unit can be hardwired into your home's electrical system. This procedure should only be performed by a qualified electrician to ensure compliance with all electrical codes.

Media Installation (Logs/Crystals)

After the fireplace is securely installed, carefully place the provided sparkling crystals, fireglass, or firelog set into the ember bed area. Ensure they are evenly distributed for optimal flame effect.

5. Betjeningsvejledning

Your HIRESC electric fireplace can be controlled via the Smart Life App, the unit's panel buttons, or the included remote control.

Kontrolmetoder

Smart Life App: Download the Smart Life app on your smartphone to control all fireplace functions, including flame colors, brightness, heating, and timer settings.
Panelknapper: Located on the unit, these buttons provide direct control over basic functions such as power, flame brightness, flame color, heater, and reset.
Fjernbetjening: The included remote offers comprehensive control over all features, mirroring the functionality of the Smart Life App.

Flamme effekter

The fireplace features 251 RGB LED flame combinations. The flame, ember bed, and downlight can be controlled separately or together.

Flammefarver: Choose from 251 RGB color combinations by mixing 3 basic colors (red, green, blue).
Flamme lysstyrke: Adjust the flame intensity with 5 dimmer levels.
Uafhængig lysstyring: The flame, ember bed, and downlight can be set to different colors and intensities for customized ambiance.
Operation without Heat: The 3D flame effects can be used independently without activating the heating function.

6. Vedligeholdelse

Rensning

Afbryd altid strømmen før rengøring.
Tør de udvendige overflader af med en blød, damp klud. Brug ikke slibende rengøringsmidler eller spray.
Clean the glass panel with a soft cloth and glass cleaner.
Periodically vacuum the air inlets and outlets to prevent dust buildup.

Opbevaring

Hvis pejsen opbevares i længere tid, skal stikket tages ud af stikkontakten og opbevares et tørt og støvfrit sted.

7. Fejlfinding

Ingen varmeafgivelse.	Heater off, temperature setting too low, thermal cut-off activated.	Ensure heater is on, increase temperature setting, unplug for 15 minutes to reset thermal cut-off.
Fjernbetjening virker ikke.	Afladede batterier, forhindring, fjernbetjening uden for rækkevidde.	Replace batteries, remove obstructions, operate remote within range.
Flame effect not visible or dim.	Flame brightness setting too low, LED lights malfunction.	Increase flame brightness, contact customer support if LEDs are faulty.
Usædvanlig støj under drift.	Fan obstruction, loose components.	Turn off and unplug, inspect for obstructions, contact customer support if noise persists.
