4. Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation of your Consciot Bathroom Exhaust Fan. It is recommended to have two switches to control the light and fan separately for full functionality.
4.1 Kontrol før installation
- Verify Ceiling Opening: Ensure your ceiling opening is 11.39" x 10.42". Use the provided drywall cutout template if creating a new opening or adjusting an existing one.

- Kanalisering: A 6-inch circular duct (not included) is required for ventilation. Ensure it is available and ready for connection.
4.2 Trin-for-trin installation
- Prepare the Fan Housing:
Remove the duct connector and wire cover from the fan housing. This allows access for wiring and duct attachment.

Route the electrical wires into the fan housing's junction box. Connect the wires using the provided wire connectors: black to black (live), white to white (neutral), and green to green (ground). Reattach the wire cover securely with the short screw.

Insert the fan housing into the ceiling opening. Use the fast bracket to secure the housing between ceiling joists. Alternatively, you can nail or screw the housing directly to a joist if available. Ensure the housing is flush with the ceiling surface.
- Tilslut kanal:
Attach the 6-inch circular duct to the fan's duct connector. Use duct tape or aluminum tape to ensure air-tight seals and improve efficiency. Avoid deep corrugations of flexible ducting that could block the damper; use semi-rigid ducting if possible.
- Set CFM (Cubic Feet Per Minute):
Locate the toggle switch on the fan housing to select your desired airflow: 110 CFM or 160 CFM. Adjust according to your room size and ventilation needs.

Before attaching the light cover, locate the CCT selection switch on the back of the light cover. Choose between 3000K (Warm White), 4000K (Natural White), or 5000K (Cool White) to match your preference.

5.1 Ventilatordrift
- The fan operates via a standard wall switch. Turn the switch ON to activate the fan.
- The CFM setting (110 or 160) is pre-selected during installation.
- The fan effectively removes moisture and odors, improving air quality.
5.2 LED Light and Nightlight Operation
- The main LED light (1500lm, 3CCT selectable) and nightlight (200lm, 2700K) are controlled by your wall switch.
- To switch between nightlight mode and main light mode, turn the wall switch OFF then back ON again within 2 seconds.
- If you wish to use the nightlight alone, it is recommended to use two separate switches for the light and fan.
6. Vedligeholdelse

- Cleaning the Light Cover:
