7. Fejlfinding
If you encounter issues with your tectake® Clamp Awning, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Mulig årsag | Løsning |
|---|---|---|
| Markisen trækkes ikke jævnt ud/ind. | Fabric caught, mechanism obstructed, or hand crank not properly engaged. | Check for obstructions. Ensure hand crank is fully inserted and engaged. Do not force the mechanism. |
| Awning feels unstable after setup. | Poles not sufficiently clamped, or floor/ceiling surface is uneven. | Re-adjust the height of the vertical poles to ensure maximum tension. Ensure the anti-slip caps are flat on the surfaces. Consider using shims if surfaces are very uneven. |
| Stoffet synker eller samler vand. | Insufficient tilt angle or fabric stretched. | Ensure the awning is extended with a sufficient tilt to allow water runoff. If fabric is stretched, it may be due to improper retraction or prolonged exposure to extreme conditions. |
| Hand crank is difficult to turn. | Mechanism requires lubrication or is damaged. | Apply a silicone-based lubricant to moving parts of the mechanism. If the issue persists, contact customer support. |
