4. Opsætning og installation
Follow these steps for installing your horn kit:
- Klargør golfvognen: Ensure the golf cart is turned off and the battery is disconnected to prevent electrical shock or damage.
- Mount the Horn: Choose a suitable location for the disc horn, preferably in an area protected from direct water spray and physical impact. Secure it using appropriate fasteners (not included).
- Install the Floor Switch: Select a convenient and safe location on the golf cart's floor for the momentary switch. Drill a hole of appropriate size for the switch body and secure the switch using its included aluminum plate and mounting hardware.

- Connect the wiring harness to the horn terminals.
- Connect the wiring harness to the floor switch terminals.
- Connect the positive (+) wire from the harness (typically red, with the inline fuse) to a 12V positive power source on your golf cart (e.g., battery positive terminal or a switched 12V source).
- Connect the negative (-) wire from the harness (typically black) to a suitable ground point on the golf cart chassis or the battery negative terminal.

- To activate the horn, simply press down on the floor-mounted momentary switch with your foot.
- Release the switch to turn the horn off.
