After physical installation, proceed with the initial setup of the lock's system, including language selection and setting up the administrator password. This is crucial for securing your lock.

Your XSDTS Smart Door Lock supports various convenient unlocking methods:

• 3D-ansigtsgenkendelse: The lock recognizes your face for quick and secure access.
• Fingeraftryk: Fast and reliable fingerprint scanning unlocks the door in less than 1 second.
• Adgangskode: Use a secure numerical password on the keypad.
• IC-kort: Tap a registered IC card for entry.
• Mekanisk nøgle: Traditional key access is available as a backup.
• TUYA App: Control and monitor your lock remotely via the smartphone application.

Adding and Deleting Users

To manage users (add or delete fingerprints, faces, passwords, or IC cards), follow the instructions provided in the operation video. The lock supports up to 110 biometric entries.

Remote Access and Temporary Passwords

Utilize the TUYA App for remote unlocking and generating temporary passwords for guests or service personnel. The app also provides real-time monitoring and unlock records.

Batteristyring

The smart lock is equipped with a rechargeable battery. Monitor the battery level through the lock's display or the TUYA App. Recharge the battery as needed using the provided data cable.

To maintain the appearance and functionality of your smart lock, regularly wipe the surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish or electronic components.

Fejlfinding

If you encounter any issues with your smart lock, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

• Forkert motorretning: If the lock motor operates in the wrong direction after installation, refer to the installation video (section 7) for instructions on how to adjust the motor direction settings.
• Problemer med netværksforbindelse: If the lock fails to connect to your WiFi network or the TUYA App, ensure your WiFi is 2.4GHz and follow the app setup video (Video 4) for network pairing instructions.
• Biometric/Password Recognition Failure: Ensure your fingers are clean and dry for fingerprint recognition. For facial recognition, ensure adequate lighting. Re-enroll credentials if issues persist.
