The CONTINENTAL EDISON CECV50FCS is a freestanding ceramic hob cooker featuring four cooking zones and an electric fan-assisted oven. It offers a total useful volume of 47 liters and enhanced safety with its tempered glass door. The cooker measures approximately L49.5 x H82.7 x P58 cm.

3. Opsætning
3.1 Udpakning

- Check for any damage during transit. If damage is found, do not install or operate the appliance and contact your retailer.

4. Betjeningsvejledning
4.1 Using the Ceramic Hobs
The cooker is equipped with four ceramic cooking zones. Refer to Figure 2.3 for the control panel and Figure 2.4 for the hob layout.
- Place a suitable pan on the desired cooking zone. Ensure the pan base covers the cooking zone completely for optimal efficiency.
- Turn the corresponding hob control knob (refer to Figure 2.3) clockwise to select the desired heat level, typically from 1 (low) to 6 (high).
- The indicator light on the control panel will illuminate when a hob is active.
- After cooking, turn the knob back to the '0' position to switch off the hob. The residual heat indicator will remain lit until the surface has cooled down.
4.2 Brug af ovnen
The electric oven features a fan-assisted heating system for even cooking. Refer to Figure 2.3 for the oven control knobs.
- Place food on the appropriate oven rack.
- Turn the oven function selector knob to choose the desired cooking mode (e.g., fan-assisted, grill).
- Turn the oven temperature selector knob to set the desired temperature.
- The oven indicator light will illuminate while the oven is heating and turn off once the set temperature is reached. It will cycle on and off during cooking to maintain the temperature.
- The digital display can be used to set a timer or clock, if available. Consult the full manual for detailed timer functions.
- After cooking, turn both oven knobs back to the '0' position.
5. Vedligeholdelse og rengøring
Regular cleaning and maintenance ensure the longevity and safe operation of your cooker.
5.1 Generel rengøring
- Always ensure the appliance is switched off and cooled down before cleaning.

- Avoid sugar spills, as they can permanently damage the ceramic surface if not cleaned immediately.
5.3 Rengøring af ovnen
- Remove oven racks and clean them separately in warm, soapy water.
- Tør ovnens indre af med adamp cloth and mild detergent. For tougher grease, use an oven cleaner suitable for your oven type, following the manufacturer's instructions.
- Ensure all cleaning product residues are thoroughly removed before using the oven again.
