4. Opsætning
4.1 Udpakning
Carefully remove the blood pressure monitor from its packaging. Check for any damage. Retain the packaging for storage or future transport.
4.2 Batteriinstallation
The device operates with batteries. Locate the battery compartment on the back or side of the device. Insert the required batteries (typically AAA, refer to the compartment label) ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery compartment securely.
4.3 Indstilling af dato og klokkeslæt

- Brug MEM button to adjust the year. Press SÆT to confirm and move to the next setting (month, day, hour, minute).
- Repeat the process for month, day, hour, and minute.
- Trykke SÆT one last time to save all settings and exit the setup mode.
5. Betjening af enheden
5.1 Påføring af håndledsmanchetten
- Sit comfortably with your arm resting on a flat surface, palm up.
- Place the monitor on your left wrist with the display facing upwards. The monitor should be positioned approximately 1-2 cm from your palm.
- Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight. There should be enough space to insert one finger between the cuff and your wrist.
- Position your wrist at heart level. This is crucial for accurate readings.

5.2 Tage en måling
- Ensure you are relaxed and have rested for at least 5 minutes before taking a measurement. Avoid eating, smoking, or exercising for 30 minutes prior.
- Tryk på START/STOP knappen. Manchetten pustes automatisk op.
- Forbliv stille og tal ikke under målingen.
- Once the measurement is complete, the cuff will deflate, and your systolic (SYS), diastolic (DIA) blood pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.
- The reading will automatically be stored in the device's memory.
- Trykke START/STOP again to turn off the device, or it will automatically power off after a period of inactivity.
5.3 Viewing Memory Records
Tryk på MEM button when the device is off to view previous measurements. Each press of the MEM button will cycle through the stored readings, typically showing the most recent first.
6. Vedligeholdelse
6.1 Rengøring
- Wipe the device and cuff gently with a soft, dry cloth.
