This manual provides instructions for the Citizen Eco-Drive Chronograph Watch, model CA4477-08X. 2. Opsætning
2.1 Indledende opladning
Your Citizen Eco-Drive watch is powered by light. Before initial use, or if the watch has stopped, ensure it is fully charged by exposing the dial to bright light (natural or artificial) for several hours. Avoid placing the watch in direct sunlight for extended periods in hot environments to prevent overheating.

2.3 Chronograph Zero Reset
If the chronograph hands are not aligned to the zero position, perform a zero reset:
- Træk kronen ud til position 2.
- Tryk på knap A (top pusher) to adjust the 1/5 second chronograph hand.
- Tryk på knap B (bottom pusher) to adjust the minute chronograph hand.
- Once all chronograph hands are aligned to zero, push the crown back in to position 0.
3. Betjeningsvejledning
3.1 Tidtagning
The watch displays hours, minutes, and seconds. The 12/24 hour sub-dial indicates the current time in a 24-hour format, useful for distinguishing AM/PM.
3.2 Kronograffunktion
The chronograph measures elapsed time up to 60 minutes in 1/5 second increments.
- Til starte the chronograph, press Button A.
- Til stop the chronograph, press Button A again.
- Til nulstilles the chronograph to zero, press Button B while the chronograph is stopped.
- At måle split time, press Button B while the chronograph is running. Press Button B again to release the split time and display the ongoing elapsed time.
3.3 Datovisning
The date is displayed in a window on the dial. Adjust the date manually at the end of months with fewer than 31 days.
3.4 Eco-Drive Technology
The Eco-Drive movement converts any light source into electrical energy, which is stored in a power cell. This ensures continuous operation without the need for battery replacement.

4. Vedligeholdelse
4.1 Rengøring
Wipe the watch case and crystal with a soft, dry cloth regularly. For the leather strap, avoid prolonged exposure to water and harsh chemicals. Clean with a damp en klud og en mild sæbe om nødvendigt, og tør derefter grundigt.

When fully charged, the watch has a significant power reserve, allowing it to operate in darkness for an extended period. If the watch stops, expose it to light to recharge.
