During cooling and dehumidification modes, water condensate will collect inside the unit. The unit does not have an internal collection tank that can be easily removed. Water is collected in a tray at the bottom of the unit. When the tray is full, the unit may stop operating and display an error code.

2. Carefully move the unit to a location where water can be safely drained, such as a floor drain or a large, shallow pan.
