1. Introduktion
This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient use of your Epson EcoTank L3260 A4 Wi-Fi All-in-One Ink Tank Colour Printer. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the printer and keep it for future reference.

3. Indledende opsætning
3.1 Udpakning og placering
Carefully remove the printer from its packaging. Remove all protective tapes and packing materials. Place the printer on a stable, flat surface with adequate space for operation and ventilation.
3.2 Strømtilslutning
Connect the power cable to the printer and then to a grounded electrical outlet. Do not turn on the printer yet.
3.3 Blækpåfyldning
The EcoTank L3260 uses ink bottles for refilling. Follow these steps:
- Open the ink tank unit cover.
- Open the cap for the ink tank you wish to fill (Black, Cyan, Magenta, or Yellow).
- Uncap the corresponding ink bottle and insert it into the filling port. The bottle is designed to prevent incorrect filling.

3.4 Initial Ink Charging
After filling the ink tanks, turn on the printer. The printer will begin an initial ink charging process. This may take several minutes. Do not turn off the printer or perform any other operations during this time.
3.5 Softwareinstallation og Wi-Fi-opsætning
Insert the Driver CD into your computer or download the latest drivers from the official Epson website. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the printer software. During installation, you will be prompted to set up the Wi-Fi connection. Alternatively, use the Epson Smart Panel app for seamless setup.

4. Betjeningsvejledning
4.1 Ilægning af papir
Load paper into the rear paper tray. Ensure the paper guides are adjusted to the width of the paper. The maximum input sheet capacity is 100 sheets. Supported paper sizes include A4, Legal, and Letter. Maximum paper thickness is 256 gsm.
4.2 Udskrivning
To print, select your printer from the print dialog on your computer or mobile device. Adjust print settings such as paper size, print quality, and color options. The printer supports a maximum print resolution of 5760 x 1440 dpi. Print speeds are up to 33.0 ppm for monochrome and 15.0 ppm for color.

4.3 Scanning
Place the document face-down on the scanner glass. Use the printer's control panel or the scanning software on your computer to initiate a scan. The scanner resolution is 1200x2400 dpi.
4.4 Kopiering
Place the document on the scanner glass. Use the control panel to select the copy function. You can adjust settings such as number of copies, color/monochrome, and enlarge/reduce options. Maximum copy speed for black and white is 33 ppm.
4.5 Wi-Fi-forbindelse
The printer supports Wi-Fi connectivity. Ensure your printer is connected to your wireless network. You can print from compatible devices such as smartphones and tablets using the Epson Smart Panel app or other mobile printing solutions.
5. Vedligeholdelse
5.1 Rengøring af printeren
Tør regelmæssigt printerens yderside af med en blød, tør klud.amp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Clean the scanner glass with a lint-free cloth and glass cleaner.
5.2 Ink Tank Refilling
Monitor ink levels through the transparent ink tanks or the printer's LCD screen. Refill ink tanks using genuine Epson ink bottles (Black Ink Bottle C13T00V198, Cyan Ink Bottle C13T00V298, Magenta Ink Bottle C13T00V398, Yellow Ink Bottle C13T00V498) when levels are low to prevent air from entering the system.
5.3 Nozzle Check and Head Cleaning
If print quality declines (e.g., missing lines, incorrect colors), perform a nozzle check and head cleaning using the printer's utility software or control panel. Refer to the on-screen instructions for these procedures.
6. Fejlfinding
6.1 Printeren svarer ikke
- Sørg for, at printeren er tændt og forbundet til computeren eller netværket.
- Check for any error messages on the printer's LCD screen.

6.4 Problemer med Wi-Fi-forbindelse
- Verify that your router is working and the printer is within range.
- Re-run the Wi-Fi setup process from the printer's control panel or the Epson Smart Panel app.
- Check your network settings and ensure the correct password is being used.
