2.2 Enhedslayout

Familiarize yourself with the buttons and ports on your eReader:

  • Tænd/sluk: Power button located on the top right side.
  • Menutast: Åbner hovedmenuen.
  • Søgenøgle: Starter søgefunktionen.
  • Pause/Afspil: Controls multimedia playback.
  • Returnøgle: Navigerer tilbage til den forrige skærm eller menu.
  • Directional Keys (Up, Down, Left, Right) & Confirm Key: Bruges til navigation og valg.
  • Næste side: Advances to the next page during reading.

3. Opsætning

3.1 Opladning af enheden

Before first use, fully charge the eReader. Connect the included USB data cable to the eReader's USB port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator will show the charging status.

3.2 Tænd/sluk

  • For at tænde: Press and hold the 'Switch On/Off' button until the screen lights up.
  • For at slukke: Press and hold the 'Switch On/Off' button until a power-off prompt appears, then confirm. A short press will put the device into sleep mode.

3.3 Indledende opsætning

Upon first power-on, you may be prompted to select your preferred language and set the date and time. Follow the on-screen instructions using the directional and confirm keys.

4. Betjeningsvejledning

4.1 Navigation

Use the directional keys to move through menu options and the 'Confirm' key to select. The 'Return' key will take you back to the previous screen.

4.2 Læsning af e-bøger

  1. From the main menu, select 'Library' or 'File Explorer' to browse your stored books.
  2. Navigate to the desired book file (e.g., EPUB, PDF, TXT) and press 'Confirm' to open it.
  3. Use the 'Next Page' button to turn pages.
  4. While reading, press the 'Menu' key to access reading options such as font size adjustment, bookmarks, or going to a specific page.

4.3 File Overførsel

At overføre files (eBooks, music, videos, photos) to your eReader:

  1. Connect the eReader to your computer using the USB data cable.
  2. The eReader will appear as a removable disk drive on your computer.
  3. Træk og slip det ønskede files into the appropriate folders on the eReader (e.g., 'Books' for eBooks, 'Music' for audio files).
  4. Safely eject the eReader from your computer before disconnecting the USB cable.

Your eReader can also play music and videos, and display photos.

6.1 Musikafspilning

  1. Connect the included headphones to the headphone jack for private listening.
  2. Select 'Music' from the main menu.

6.2 Videoafspilning

6.3 Foto Viewing

  1. Select 'Photo' from the main menu.
  2. Browse and select your desired image file.
  3. Use directional keys to navigate between photos.

7. Vedligeholdelse

7.1 Rengøring af enheden

  • Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the screen and body of the eReader.
  • Brug ikke flydende rengøringsmidler, aerosoler eller slibende materialer, da disse kan beskadige enheden.

7.2 Pleje af batterier

  • Undgå at aflade batteriet helt ofte.
  • Opbevar enheden et køligt og tørt sted, når den ikke er i brug i længere perioder.

8. Fejlfinding

If you encounter issues with your ASHATA HD eReader, refer to the following common solutions:
