3. Opsætning

2. Indledende rengøring: Wash the water tank, portafilter, and drip tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp klæde.

4. Første brug (priming):

1. Forbered afkalkningsopløsning: Mix a descaling solution (e.g., citric acid or commercial descaler) with water according to the product instructions. Fill the water tank with this solution.
2. Kør løsning: Place a large container under the brewing head and steam wand. Turn on the machine and let it heat up. Run about half of the descaling solution through the brewing head by pressing the Espresso button. Then, open the Steam Control Knob and let the remaining solution run through the steam wand.
3. Skylle: After the tank is empty, turn off the machine. Fill the water tank with fresh, clean water. Repeat the process of running water through both the brewing head and steam wand to thoroughly rinse the system. Repeat rinsing with fresh water 2-3 times.
