5. Installationsvejledning

The DLR56 is designed for easy retrofit installation into existing 5-inch or 6-inch recessed housings. Follow these steps for proper installation:

1. Forbered huset: Ensure power to the existing recessed fixture is turned off at the circuit breaker. Remove the existing bulb and trim from the recessed housing.
2. Tilslut adapteren: Install the provided Edison base adapter into the existing light socket or connect using the IDEAL style connector if applicable.
3. Adjust CCT (if applicable): If your model features selectable color temperature, locate the CCT switch on the back of the downlight and adjust it to your desired setting (2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K) before installation.
4. Secure the Downlight: Squeeze the torsion springs on the sides of the LED downlight and insert them into the brackets inside the recessed housing. Gently push the fixture flush with the ceiling. The magnetic trim will snap into place.
