Opsætning

  1. Place the ultrasonic cleaner on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
  2. Close the drain valve securely.
  3. Fill the stainless steel tank with water. For enhanced cleaning, a small amount of appropriate cleaning solution can be added. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.

Operation

General Cleaning Procedure

  1. After filling the tank (see Setup), place the items to be cleaned into the cleaning basket. Ensure items are fully submerged but not touching the bottom of the tank.

  3. Set the desired cleaning time using the 'TIME +' and 'TIME -' buttons on the control panel. The timer can be set up to 30 minutes.
  4. Set the desired temperature using the 'TEMP +' and 'TEMP -' buttons. The heater can warm the solution up to 175°F (79°C). Heating can improve cleaning effectiveness for some items.
  5. Press the 'ON/OFF' button for the ultrasonic function to start cleaning. Press the 'ON/OFF' button for the heater function if heating is desired.

  7. Carefully remove the cleaning basket and rinse the cleaned items with clean water.

Vinyl Record Cleaning Procedure

  1. Assemble the vinyl record washing rack and place it over the tank.
  2. Carefully mount up to three 7-inch or 12-inch vinyl records onto the rack, ensuring the labels are protected from the cleaning solution.
  3. Lower the records into the tank, ensuring the grooves are submerged in the cleaning solution.
  4. Set the desired cleaning time and temperature as described in the General Cleaning Procedure.
  5. Start the ultrasonic cleaning and heating functions.
  6. Once cleaning is complete, carefully lift the records from the tank.
  7. Place the cleaned records onto the included drying rack to air dry completely before storage or playback.

Kontrolpanel overview

The digital control panel allows precise setting of cleaning parameters.

  • SET TEMP (°C) / ACTUAL TEMP (°C): Displays the set temperature and the current actual temperature of the solution.
  • TEMP + / TEMP -: Buttons to increase or decrease the target temperature.
  • ON/OFF (Heater): Aktiverer eller deaktiverer varmefunktionen.
  • SET TIME (MINUTES SECONDS): Displays the set cleaning duration.
  • TIME + / TIME -: Buttons to increase or decrease the cleaning time.

Opretholdelse

  1. Tømning af tanken: After each use, especially if using cleaning solutions, drain the tank by opening the drain valve. Place a container underneath to collect the liquid.
