4. Opsætning

Follow these steps to set up your GHome Smart WP9 Power Strip:

1. Download the GHome App: Søg efter "GHome" in your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android) and download the official GHome app.
2. Registrer/Log ind: Åbn appen, og opret en ny konto, eller log ind med en eksisterende.
3. Tilslut til strøm: Plug your GHome Smart WP9 Power Strip into a standard 120V AC wall outlet. The indicator light on the power strip should start blinking, indicating it's in pairing mode. If not, press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds until it blinks rapidly.
4. Tilføj enhed i appen: In the GHome app, tap the "+" icon or "Add Device" to begin the pairing process. Select "Power Strip" or the appropriate device type.

Once your GHome Smart WP9 Power Strip is set up, you can control it in several ways:

5.1. Appkontrol

The GHome app provides comprehensive control over your power strip:

• Individual Outlet Control: In the app, you will see separate controls for each of the 3 AC outlets. Tap to turn them on or off independently.
• USB Port Control: The 3 USB ports are controlled as a single unit. Tap the USB control to turn all USB ports on or off.
• Planlægning: Use the scheduling feature to set specific times for outlets or USB ports to turn on or off automatically. This is ideal for lights, coffee makers, or other routine appliances.
• Timere: Set countdown timers for devices to switch off after a specified duration.
• Gruppekontrol: If you have multiple GHome smart devices, you can create groups in the app to control them simultaneously with a single command.

5.2. Stemmekontrol

After linking your GHome account to Alexa or Google Home, you can use voice commands:

5.3. Manuel kontrol

The power strip also features a physical power button:

• Hovedstrømknap: Press the main power button on the top of the power strip to turn all connected AC outlets and USB ports on or off simultaneously.

6. Vedligeholdelse

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your GHome Smart WP9 Power Strip, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Rensning: Disconnect the power strip from the wall outlet before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol sprays.
• Opbevaring: When not in use for extended periods, store the power strip in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Inspektion: Periodically inspect the power cord and the device for any signs of damage, such as frayed wires or cracks. If damage is found, discontinue use and contact support.
