Opsætningsvejledning

Follow these steps to set up your Konnek Stein security camera and connect it to your Wi-Fi network using the Smart Life app. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as 5GHz networks are not supported.

1. Download appen: Scan QR-koden eller besøg http://smartapp.tuya.com/smartlife to download the Smart Life app from Google Play or the App Store.
2. Registrer/Log ind: Åbn appen, og opret en ny konto, eller log ind med en eksisterende.
3. Tilføj enhed: Tap "Add Device" or the "+" icon. Select "Security & Video Surveillance" and then "Smart Camera (Wi-Fi)".
4. Tænd og nulstil: Plug in the camera. If the indicator light is not blinking rapidly, press and hold the reset button until it blinks rapidly. Confirm this in the app.
5. Opret forbindelse til Wi-Fi: Vælg dit 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi-netværk, og indtast adgangskoden. Kameraet understøtter ikke 5 GHz Wi-Fi.
6. Scan QR -kode: The app will generate a QR code. Hold your phone's screen approximately 6-8 inches (15-20 cm) in front of the camera lens until you hear a prompt.
7. Device Found: Once the camera successfully scans the QR code, it will connect. The app will confirm the device has been added.

For optimal performance, ensure the camera is placed within range of your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal.
