Note: This charger is not compatible with NEOMOUV brand bikes fitted with Greenway 36V batteries, nor can it replace chargers with model numbers SHC-8100LC, STC-8129LC, and LBC100201.

5. Operating Instructions (Charging Process)

1. Tilslut til batteri: First, connect the 5-pin charger plug securely into the charging port of your 36V battery.
2. Tilslut til strøm: Plug the charger's AC power cord into a standard 100V-240V wall outlet.
3. Monitor LED-indikator:
   • A RØD LED light indicates that the battery is currently charging.
   • A GRØN LED light indicates that the battery is fully charged or the charger is disconnected from the battery.
4. Opladningstid: Charging time will vary depending on the battery's capacity and its current charge level.
5. Afbryde: Once the LED indicator turns green, the battery is fully charged. Disconnect the charger from the wall outlet first, then disconnect the charger plug from the battery.

Vigtig bemærkning om volumentage: The charger's output voltage (42V) is intentionally higher than the battery's nominal voltage (36V). This is normal and necessary for a complete charge cycle. Do not be alarmed by this difference.

6. Vedligeholdelse

• Rensning: Disconnect the charger from the power supply and battery before cleaning. Use a dry, soft cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
• Opbevaring: Opbevar opladeren et køligt og tørt sted, når den ikke er i brug. Undgå ekstreme temperaturer og fugtighed.
• Kabelpleje: Do not pull the cable forcefully or wrap it too tightly around the charger. Inspect the cable and plug regularly for any signs of damage.

7. Fejlfinding

If the charger is not functioning as expected, please check the following:

• Intet LED lys:
  • Sørg for, at opladeren er tilsluttet korrekt til en fungerende stikkontakt.
  • Verify the battery is properly connected to the charger.
  • Kontroller om stikkontakten fungerer ved at tilslutte en anden enhed.
• LED remains green when connected to battery:
  • The battery may already be fully charged.
  • Ensure the battery's charging port and the charger's plug are clean and free of debris.
  • Confirm that the battery is a 36V battery with a 5-pin plastic SVD connector.
• Charger gets warm during use:
  • It is normal for the charger to become warm during operation. Ensure it has adequate ventilation and is not covered.
  • If the charger becomes excessively hot or emits smoke/unusual odors, immediately disconnect it from power and battery and cease use.
