Placering:

• Place the cabinet on a level, stable surface.
• Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for ventilation and maintenance.
• The unit is mobile and equipped with casters for easy relocation. Two casters are locking for stability.

4. Betjeningsvejledning

Kontrol overview:

• LED temperatur display: Shows the internal cabinet temperature in Fahrenheit.
• Heat Dial: Adjusts the heating element intensity (0-9).
• Proof/Heat Switch: Selects between Proofing mode and Holding (Heat) mode.
• Humidity Dial: Controls the humidity level (0-9) when water is present in the pan.

Holding Mode:

1. Ensure the water pan is empty for dry holding, or filled with water for moist holding.
2. Flip the Proof/Heat switch to 'Heat'.
3. Turn the Power switch ON.
4. Adjust the Heat dial to the desired setting. The temperature range for holding is 80°F to 185°F.
5. Monitor the temperature on the LED display.
6. If using for moist holding, adjust the Humidity dial as needed.

Proofing Mode:

1. Fill the removable water pan with distilled water.
2. Flip the Proof/Heat switch to 'Proof'.
3. Turn the Power switch ON.
4. Adjust the Heat dial to the desired setting. The temperature range for proofing is 85°F to 115°F.
5. Adjust the Humidity dial to achieve the desired humidity level (30% to 100%).
6. Monitor the temperature on the LED display.

• The heating drawer is removable for easier cleaning. Carefully remove it and clean any residue.
