Opsætning

1. Unpack the thermometer from its packaging.
2. Ensure the battery is correctly installed. The thermometer comes with a built-in button battery.
3. Before first use, clean the sensor head with soap and water or an alcohol wipe.

Operation

1. Tænd: Press the power button to turn on the thermometer. A buzzer will beep, indicating it's ready for measurement.
2. Placering: Gently insert the temperature sensor head approximately 5cm into the animal's anus. The flexible tip is designed for comfort and ease of use.
3. Måling: Hold the thermometer steady. The display will show the temperature reading. When the buzzer continues to beep, the temperature measurement is complete.
4. Læs resultat: Carefully remove the thermometer and view the temperature measurement results on the LED display.
5. Sluk: After measurement, press the power button to turn off the device. If no operation occurs within 10 minutes, the thermometer will automatically shut down to conserve battery.

• "HI" Display: If the display shows "HI", it indicates that the measured temperature is higher than 42.9℃ (109.2℉). This is not a thermometer fault.
