Opsætning

Opladning af batteriet:

1. Ensure your Kobalt 40V charger (e.g., KRC60-06 / KRC40-06 / KRC 840-03) is plugged into a standard power outlet.
2. Align the battery with the charger's slot.
3. Slide the battery onto the charger until it clicks securely into place.
4. The charge indicator lights on the battery will blink green during charging.
5. Once fully charged, the indicator lights will show a steady green.
6. To remove, press the release button on the battery and slide it off the charger.

Betjeningsvejledning

Installing the Battery into a Tool:

1. Sørg for, at værktøjet er slukket og frakoblet enhver strømkilde.
2. Align the battery with the battery port on your Kobalt 40V tool.
3. Slide the battery into the tool until it clicks securely into place. A firm click indicates proper installation.
4. To check the battery charge level, press the indicator button on the battery. The illuminated bars will show the remaining capacity (e.g., 1 bar = 25% power).

Removing the Battery from a Tool:

1. Sørg for, at værktøjet er slukket.

Opretholdelse

• Keep the battery clean and free of debris. Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe the battery and its terminals.
• Opbevar batteriet et køligt, tørt sted, væk fra direkte sollys og ekstreme temperaturer.
• For long-term storage, it is recommended to store the battery with a partial charge (around 50%). Fully discharging or fully charging for extended periods can reduce battery life.
• Avoid storing the battery in areas where metal objects could short-circuit the terminals.
• Do not attempt to repair or modify the battery. Contact customer support for assistance.
