4. Opsætning

4.1 Batteriinstallation

The AP-8801B requires one 9V battery for operation. To install or replace the battery:

5. Betjeningsvejledning

5.1 Tænd/sluk

5.2 Basic Light Measurement

Turn on the light meter.
Ensure the light detector is clean and free from obstructions.
Point the light detector towards the light source or area where you want to measure illuminance. The sensor can be rotated up to 270° left and 90° right for optimal positioning.
The current illuminance value will be displayed on the LCD screen in Lux or FC units.

5.3 Unit Selection (Lux/FC, °C/°F)

Tryk på MODE button to toggle between Lux and FC units for light measurement. Long press the MODE button to switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) for temperature display.

5.4 Datahold

Tryk på HOLDE key briefly to freeze the current reading on the display. Press it again to release the hold function and resume live measurement.

5.5 Max/Min Data Hold

Tryk på MAX/MIN key to cycle through the maximum, minimum, and current readings. The display will indicate 'MAX' or 'MIN' when these values are shown.

5.6 Datalagring (REC)

Tryk kort på REC button to record the current data. Long press the REC knappen, og brug derefter REL/UP nøgle til view de lagrede data.

5.7 Auto/Manual Ranging

The device typically operates in auto-ranging mode. To switch to manual ranging, long press the HOLD/RANGE key. Press again to select different ranges. Long press again to return to auto-ranging.

5.8 Relative Value Measurement

Tryk på REL/UP key to enter relative value mode. The meter will display the difference between the current measurement and a set reference value.

6. Vedligeholdelse

Rensning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the light detector is kept clean for accurate readings.

Display shows 'OL' (Over-range): The measured light intensity exceeds the current range. If in manual ranging mode, switch to a higher range. If in auto-ranging, the light intensity is beyond the device's maximum capacity.
