5. Opsætning og binding
5.1 Indledende opsætning
Before powering on the transmitter, ensure all switches are in their up position and the throttle stick is in the lowest position. This prevents accidental motor activation.
5.2 Modtagertilslutning
Connect the receiver to your RC model's Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) or power source. Ensure the bind cable is inserted into the B/VCC port on the receiver.
Video: This video demonstrates the features of the Flysky FS-i6X transmitter and iA6B receiver, including antenna setup and general connection diagrams. While it features the i6X, the principles apply to the FS-i6 system.
5.3 Bindende procedure
Binding is the process of linking your transmitter to your receiver. Follow these steps to bind your FS-i6 transmitter with the iA6 receiver:
- Sørg for, at senderen er slukket.
- Connect the bind plug to the B/VCC port on the iA6 receiver.
- Power on the receiver (e.g., by connecting it to the ESC or a separate battery). The receiver's LED should flash rapidly.
- While holding down the 'BIND KEY' button on the FS-i6 transmitter, power on the transmitter.
- The transmitter's LCD screen should display 'RXBinding...' and then 'RX Bind OK' once successful.
- Release the 'BIND KEY' button and power off both the transmitter and receiver.
- Fjern bindestikket fra modtageren.
- Power on the transmitter first, then the receiver. The receiver's LED should now be solid, indicating a successful bind.
- After successful binding, there is no need to insert a binding wire for normal use.

6. Betjening
6.1 Grundlæggende kontroller
The FS-i6 transmitter offers 6 channels for controlling various functions of your RC model. The primary controls include:
- Venstre joystick: Typically controls throttle and rudder.
- Højre joystick: Typically controls aileron and elevator.
- Switches (A, B, C, D): Used for auxiliary functions such as landing gear, flaps, or flight modes.
- VR Knobs (VRA, VRB): Proportional controls for fine-tuning or additional functions.
- Trimknapper: Used to adjust the neutral position of control surfaces.
6.2 Valg af tilstand
The FS-i6 transmitter supports both Mode 1 (right throttle) and Mode 2 (left throttle) configurations. You can select your preferred mode through the transmitter's settings menu to match your flying style.
