3. Opsætning

3.1 Strømforsyning til enheden

The motion detector alarm offers two power options:

  1. 3 x AAA-batterier: Open the battery compartment on the back of the unit and insert three AAA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity. The low battery reminder function will alert you when replacement is needed.
  2. USB-kabel: Connect a Micro USB cable (not included) to the Micro USB port on the side of the unit and plug it into a DC5V power source.

The remote control is powered by 1 coin cell battery (included). Remove the insulation sheet from the remote control before first use.

3.2 Installation

The motion detector can be flexibly installed using either the provided double-sided tape or screws:

  • Dobbeltklæbende tape: Clean the desired surface thoroughly. Apply the double-sided tape to the back of the detector's bracket and firmly press it onto the installation surface.
  • Skruer: Use the included screws and wall anchors to securely mount the bracket to a wall or ceiling. Once the bracket is fixed, attach the motion detector unit to the bracket.

Ensure the detection window faces the area you wish to monitor. The bracket allows for 180-degree rotation to adjust the sensing angle. For narrower sensing ranges, you can use the thin aluminum sticker to cover parts of the detection window.
