Opsætning

2. Dual Platforms: The scales feature two independent weighing platforms:
   • Large Platform (1): For heavier ingredients like flour or water (up to 10 kg / 22 lbs).
   • Small Platform (2): For precise measurements of lighter ingredients such as yeast, salt, or herbs (up to 200 g / 7 oz), measuring to a tenth of a gram. A custom-fit measuring dish is included for the small platform.
3. Tara funktion: To zero out the weight of a container or previous ingredient:
   • Place the empty container on the desired platform.
