2. Indledende opsætning
2.1 Setting the Analog Time
To set the analog time, locate the crown on the right side of the watch case. Pull the crown out to the first position. Rotate the crown to adjust the hour and minute hands to the desired time. Once set, push the crown back into its normal position to start the analog movement.

2.2 Setting the Digital Time and Date
The digital display is controlled by the buttons on the left side of the watch. Refer to the video below for a visual guide on setting the digital time and utilizing other digital functions.

The digital display can be synchronized with the analog time or set to a different time zone, effectively providing a dual time or GMT function. The buttons on the left side are used to navigate through modes and adjust digital settings.
3. Betjening af uret
3.1 Digital Functions
The Casio AQ-230 offers several digital functions accessible via the side buttons:
- Tidsvisning: Shows hours, minutes, and seconds digitally. Can be set to 12-hour or 24-hour format.
- Datovisning: Shows the current date (month, day).
- Stopur: A precise stopwatch function for measuring elapsed time.
- Daglig alarm: Set an alarm to sound at a specific time each day.
- Dobbelt tid: Display a second time zone digitally, independent of the analog time.
3.2 Valg af tilstand
Press the lower-left button to cycle through the different digital modes: Timekeeping, Stopwatch, and Alarm. The upper-left button is typically used for adjustments within each mode or for activating specific functions like the stopwatch start/stop.
4. Vedligeholdelse og pleje
4.1 Vandtæthed
The Casio AQ-230 is water-resistant up to 30 meters (3 ATM). This means it is suitable for everyday use and can withstand splashes, rain, or brief immersion in water. It is ikke recommended for swimming, showering, or diving, as prolonged water exposure or high-pressure water jets can compromise the seals.
4.2 Rengøring af dit ur
To clean your watch, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. For the stainless steel band, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying. Avoid using chemical cleaners or abrasive materials, as these can damage the watch's finish or crystal.
4.3 Udskiftning af batteri
The watch is powered by one LR44 battery (included). When the display becomes dim or the watch stops functioning, it's time to replace the battery. Battery replacement should ideally be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and water resistance.
4.4 Udskiftning af rem
