3. Opsætning og installation

3.1 Udpakning

Carefully remove all packaging materials. Inspect the freezer for any shipping damage. Report any damage immediately to the carrier and your dealer.

3.2 Placering

Place the freezer on a strong, level surface capable of supporting its weight (approximately 214 pounds). Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Maintain a minimum of 6 inches of clearance from walls or other obstructions to allow for proper airflow to the condenser. This unit is designed for indoor commercial use.

3.3 Elektrisk tilslutning

The freezer requires a dedicated 115 Volt, 60 Hz, single-phase electrical supply. Ensure the outlet is properly grounded. Do not use extension cords or adapter plugs.

4. Betjeningsvejledning

4.1 Første opstart

After installation, allow the freezer to stand upright for at least 2 hours before plugging it in. This allows the refrigerant to settle. Once plugged in, allow the unit to run for 24 hours to reach its optimal operating temperature before loading with products.

4.2 Temperaturkontrol

The freezer features an external digital temperature control for precise temperature management. The operating temperature range is -8°F to 0°F (-22°C to -18°C). Use the digital display to monitor and adjust the internal temperature as needed. An internal wall-mounted thermometer provides an additional temperature reference.

5. Vedligeholdelse

Regularly clean the interior with a mild soap and water solution. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely to prevent odors and maintain hygiene. The removable door gaskets should also be cleaned regularly to ensure a proper seal.
