Opsætning

1. Opladning af enheden

Before first use, fully charge the TENS unit. Connect the provided USB cable to the device's USB interface (refer to Figure 2) and to a USB power source. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status. A full charge provides up to 10 hours of continuous use.

Ensure your skin is clean, dry, and free of lotions or oils before applying electrode pads. Peel the protective film from the medical-grade electrode pads. The pads are self-stick, pre-gelled, and latex-free, designed for stability and conductivity.

3. Connecting Lead Wires

Connect the lead wires to the electrode pads by inserting the pin connectors into the pad sockets. Then, plug the other end of the lead wires into the A/B Lead Connector ports on the top of the TENS unit (refer to Figure 2).

4. Electrode Pad Placement

Place the electrode pads firmly on the skin in the area where you wish to receive stimulation. Ensure pads are not overlapping. For optimal results, place pads on either side of the pain area, not directly over joints or bony prominences. Refer to the diagram below for common placement areas.

1. Tænd/sluk

Press and hold the Power/Lock Button (refer to Figure 2) on the side of the device for a few seconds to turn the unit on or off.

The device features a 3.75-inch touchscreen for easy navigation. Tap the desired icons or areas on the screen to select modes, adjust intensity, or set the timer.

3. Valg af tilstande

The unit offers 24 pre-programmed massage modes. Tap the 'Mode' area on the touchscreen to cycle through the available options. Each mode provides a different pulse pattern (e.g., Tapping, Acupuncture, Beat, Scrapping, Cupping, Tai Chi). All modes deliver pulse stimulation, not continuous output.

4. Justering af intensitet

There are 20 strength levels available. Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the touchscreen or the Channel A/B Intensity Controllers on the side of the device (refer to Figure 2) to increase or decrease the intensity for each channel independently. Start with the lowest intensity and gradually increase until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, sensation.

5. Using Dual Channels

The RENPHO TENS unit features independent dual channels (A and B). This allows you to treat two different body areas simultaneously with different modes and intensity levels, or for two individuals to use the device at the same time.

6. Indstilling af timeren

The treatment duration can be set from 10 to 90 minutes. Tap the 'Timer' icon on the screen to adjust the time. The device will automatically shut off once the set time has elapsed.

7. Låsefunktion

To prevent accidental changes to settings during use, briefly press the Power/Lock Button (refer to Figure 2) to activate the lock function. Press it again to unlock the device.

2. Caring for Electrode Pads

3. Opbevaring

Store the device and accessories in the provided pouch in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep out of reach of children.
