2. Introduktion: Første opsætning

1. Aktivering af tidsindstillingstilstand: Tryk og hold på TILPASSE button (usually top-left) until the city code starts flashing. This indicates you are in the Home City setting mode.

The watch normally displays the current time, day of the week, and date. The small world map display indicates the current time zone.

3.2 Verdenstid-tilstand

This watch can display the current time in 31 time zones (48 cities) around the world.

1. Entering World Time Mode: Fra Tidsvisningstilstand skal du trykke på MODE button until 'WORLD TIME' appears on the display.

3. Swapping Home City and World Time City: In World Time Mode, press the TILPASSE button to swap your Home City time with the currently displayed World Time City.

3.3 Alarmtilstand

The watch features 5 daily alarms and an hourly tidssignal.

1. Entering Alarm Mode: Fra Tidsvisningstilstand skal du trykke på MODE button until 'ALARM' appears.
2. Selecting an Alarm: Brug FORWARD button to cycle through AL1 to AL5 and the SIG (Hourly Tidssignal).
3. Indstilling af en alarm: With the desired alarm selected, press and hold the TILPASSE button until the hour setting flashes. Use FORWARD og BAGSIDE for at indstille time og minut. Tryk på MODE for at skifte mellem time- og minutindstillinger.
4. Aktivering/deaktivering af alarm: Tryk på FORWARD button in Alarm Mode (without holding ADJUST) to toggle the selected alarm ON/OFF.
5. Exiting Alarm Mode: Tryk på TILPASSE button to exit the setting mode, or MODE to return to Timekeeping Mode.

3.4 Stopurstilstand

Stopuret måler forløbet tid, splittider og to afslutninger.

1. Entering Stopwatch Mode: Fra Tidsvisningstilstand skal du trykke på MODE button until 'STW' (Stopwatch) appears.
2. Start/Stop: Tryk på FORWARD knappen for at starte og stoppe stopuret.
3. Nulstil: Mens stopuret er stoppet, skal du trykke på BAGSIDE knappen for at nulstille den.
4. Splittid: Mens stopuret kører, skal du trykke på BAGSIDE button to record a split time. Press BAGSIDE igen for at vende tilbage til visning af forløbet tid.

The countdown timer can be set for a period of up to 24 hours.
