1. Introduktion

2. Sikkerhedsinstruktioner

5. Opsætning og installation

Follow these steps to install your Eglo 98187 Solar Wall Light:

1. Vælg en placering: Select a wall or surface for the light unit and a separate location for the solar panel. The solar panel requires direct sunlight for at least 6 hours daily to fully charge the battery. Avoid shaded areas.
2. Monter lysenheden:
   • Mark the drilling points on the wall using the light unit as a template.

6. Betjeningsvejledning

The Eglo 98187 Solar Wall Light features a multi-function switch and an integrated motion sensor.

1. Switch-indstillinger: Locate the switch on the back of the light unit (refer to Figure 3). It typically has three positions: AUTO, OFF, and ON.
   • BIL: This is the recommended setting. The light will automatically turn on at dusk when motion is detected within its range. It will turn off after a set period of no motion.
   • OFF: The light will remain off, regardless of motion or ambient light. Use this setting for storage or if you do not wish for the light to operate.
   • PÅ: The light will remain continuously on at night until the battery drains or dawn breaks. This setting is not recommended for daily use as it will deplete the battery quickly.
2. Bevægelsessensor: The integrated motion sensor has a detection angle of 90 degrees and a range of up to 8 meters. Ensure the sensor is not obstructed for optimal performance.

7. Vedligeholdelse

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your solar wall light.

If the light's performance significantly degrades over time (e.g., shorter illumination time), the rechargeable batteries may need replacement. Use only rechargeable AA batteries of the same type and capacity.
• Sæsonjusteringer: In winter months or periods of reduced sunlight, ensure the solar panel is free of snow or ice and adjust its angle if necessary to capture maximum available light.

8. Fejlfinding

If your Eglo 98187 Solar Wall Light is not functioning as expected, try the following solutions:
