4. Opsætning og montering

- Styrsamling: Attach the handlebar to the main unit using the provided bolts and knobs. Ensure it is securely fastened.

- Tilføj brændstof: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded petrol. Ensure the fuel cap is securely tightened.
- Klippehøjdejustering: Adjust the cutting height to your desired level. The mower offers 4 levels, from 30 mm to 85 mm. This is typically done via a lever on each wheel axle.
Note: The mower is designed for mulching. If you intend to use the side discharge function, ensure the side discharge chute is correctly installed.
5. Betjeningsvejledning

5.1 Start af motoren
- Ensure the spark plug cable is connected.
- Push the primer bulb (if present) 3-5 times until fuel is visible.
- Flyt gashåndtaget til "START"- eller "CHOKE"-positionen.
- Hold the engine brake lever against the handlebar.
- Træk godt i startsnoren, indtil motoren starter.
- Når motoren starter, skal du flytte gashåndtaget til "RUN"-positionen.
5.2 Slåningsteknikker
- Mulching: The mower is primarily designed for mulching. This involves finely chopping grass clippings and returning them to the lawn as natural fertilizer. For best mulching results, mow regularly and do not cut more than one-third of the grass height at a time.
- Sideudflåd: For taller grass or less frequent mowing, the side discharge function can be used. Attach the side discharge chute to direct clippings away from the mower.
- Slå græsset i overlappende rækker for at sikre jævn dækning.
- Avoid sudden changes in direction.
- When mowing on slopes, always mow across the face of the slope, never up and down. Exercise extreme caution.
5.3 Standsning af motoren
- Release the engine brake lever. The engine should stop automatically.
- If the engine does not stop, move the throttle lever to the "STOP" position.
- After stopping, wait for all moving parts to come to a complete standstill before approaching the mower.
6. Vedligeholdelse
Regelmæssig vedligeholdelse sikrer din AL-KO plæneklippers lange levetid og optimale ydeevne.
6.1 Efter hver brug
- Rensning: Clean the cutting deck and exterior of the mower. Remove grass clippings and debris. Always disconnect the spark plug before cleaning.
- Bladinspektion: Check the cutting blade for damage or excessive wear.
6.2 Regular Maintenance (Seasonal/Hours of Use)
- Motorolie: Check engine oil level before each use and change according to the engine manufacturer's recommendations (typically after the first 5 hours, then every 25-50 hours or annually).
- Luftfilter: Rengør eller udskift luftfilteret efter behov, især i støvede forhold.
- Tændrør: Inspicer og rengør tændrøret årligt. Udskift det, hvis det er slidt.
- Slibning/udskiftning af klinge: Have the cutting blade sharpened or replaced by a qualified service technician when it becomes dull or damaged. A balanced blade is crucial for smooth operation.
