1. Introduktion og overview

The Sonew Emergency Door Release Break Glass Fire Alarm is designed to provide a rapid and clear method for initiating an alarm in emergency situations. 4. Opsætning og installation

The Sonew Emergency Door Release is designed for installation in hollow door frames or standard 86 embedded electric boxes. Ensure the mounting surface is stable and secure.

4.1 Montering

1. Choose a visible and easily accessible location for the emergency release button, typically near an emergency exit.

4.3 Slutsamling

After wiring, carefully close the device casing, ensuring all wires are properly routed and not pinched. Test the connection with your control system.

5. Betjeningsvejledning

In an emergency, to activate the alarm and release the connected door or system:

1. Locate the Sonew Emergency Door Release button.
2. Firmly press or strike the designated 'PRESS HERE' area on the front panel to break the glass.
3. This action will activate the internal switch, sending an alarm signal to the connected control system, which will then perform its programmed emergency function (e.g., unlocking a door, sounding an alarm).

6. Vedligeholdelse

• Regelmæssig inspektion: Periodically check the device for any visible damage, signs of tampering, or obstructions. Ensure the housing is intact and connections are secure.
• Udskiftning af glas: After activation, the front panel glass will be broken and needs to be replaced. Contact a qualified technician or the manufacturer for replacement parts and service to restore the device to its operational state.
• Rensning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the device. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or excessive moisture, as these can damage the material or internal components.

7. Fejlfinding
