4.2 Ledningsforbindelser

Connect the input and output wires to the terminal block as indicated on the unit's label and in the diagram below. Ensure all connections are secure and correct polarity is observed.

  • AC-indgang: Connect the Live (L), Neutral (N), and Frame Ground (FG) wires to the corresponding terminals. The unit accepts universal AC input from 88 to 264VAC.
  • DC-udgang: Connect the positive (+V) and negative (-V) load wires to the DC OUTPUT terminals.
  • Voltage Justering: Output voltage can be adjusted using the '+V ADJ' potentiometer located near the output terminals. Use a small screwdriver for fine-tuning within the specified range (13.5V to 18V).

5. Betjeningsvejledning

Once properly installed and wired, the SP-240-15 power supply is ready for operation.

  • Tænd: Apply AC input voltage to the unit. The internal fan will start operating, and the output voltage will be present at the DC output terminals.
  • Udgang Voltage Tjek: Bekræft output voltage using a multimeter. Adjust the '+V ADJ' potentiometer if necessary to achieve the desired voltage inden for området 13.5V til 18V.

7. Fejlfinding

If the power supply is not functioning as expected, refer to the following troubleshooting guide:

  • No Output Voltage:
    • Check if AC input power is present and connected correctly.
    • Verify input fuse (if external) is intact.
    • Ensure the unit is not in protection mode (e.g., due to overload or over-temperature). Disconnect power, wait a few minutes, and reapply.

    • Check the '+V ADJ' potentiometer setting.
    • Ensure the load is not drawing excessive current, causing voltage drop.

    • Overbelastningsbeskyttelse: If the load current exceeds 105-135% of the rated output power, the unit will enter hiccup mode and recover automatically once the fault condition is removed. Reduce the load.
    • Over Voltage Beskyttelse: Hvis output voltage exceeds 17.25-20.25V, the unit will shut down. Re-power the unit to recover.
    • Over temperatur beskyttelse: If the internal temperature exceeds 80°C ±5°C, the unit will shut down. It will recover automatically once the temperature drops. Ensure proper ventilation.
  • Ventilatoren kører ikke:
    • The fan operates based on temperature. It may not run at low loads or cool ambient temperatures.
    • If the unit is hot and the fan is not running, check for obstructions or fan failure.
