5. Opsætning

Proper installation is essential for the optimal performance and safety of your air lubricator.

5.1 Montering

• Select a suitable location for mounting the lubricator, ensuring it is easily accessible for maintenance and refilling.
• Mount the lubricator vertically with the oil cup facing downwards to allow for proper drainage and oil level monitoring.

5.2 Connecting Air Lines

• Identify the inlet and outlet ports (G1/4 pipe connection). The air flow direction is typically indicated by an arrow on the lubricator body.
• Connect the compressed air supply line to the inlet port and the line leading to your pneumatic equipment to the outlet port.
• Use appropriate thread sealant (e.g., PTFE tape) on all threaded connections to prevent air leaks.
• Tighten connections securely but do not overtighten, which could damage the threads.

5.3 Filling Lubricant

• Ensure the air system is depressurized before filling the lubricator.
• Unscrew the top cap or filler plug on the lubricator.
• Fill the oil cup with a suitable pneumatic tool oil or compressor oil. Do not overfill; observe the maximum fill line if present.
• Securely replace the cap or plug.

6. Betjeningsvejledning

Once installed and filled, the Walfront BL-2000 Air Lubricator is ready for operation.

6.1 Første opstart

• Slowly introduce compressed air into the system.
• Check all connections for leaks using a soapy water solution. Tighten any leaking connections.

6.2 Adjusting Lubrication Rate

The lubrication rate can be adjusted to suit the specific needs of your pneumatic equipment.

• Locate the adjustment knob on the top of the lubricator.
• Turn the knob clockwise to decrease the oil drip rate and counter-clockwise to increase it.
• Observe the oil drip indicator (if present) or the performance of your pneumatic tools to fine-tune the setting. A common recommendation is 1-2 drops per minute for general applications.

7.1 Refilling Lubricant

• Monitor the oil level in the transparent cup regularly.
• When the oil level is low, depressurize the system and refill the lubricator as described in Section 5.3.

7.2 Draining Condensate

Although primarily a lubricator, some moisture may accumulate. The BL-2000 features a manual drain for convenience.

• Locate the red "PUSH" button or drain valve at the bottom of the oil cup.
• With the system depressurized, press the button or open the valve to drain any accumulated condensate.
• Close the valve securely after draining.

7.3 Rengøring

• Periodically clean the exterior of the lubricator with a damp klæde.
• If the oil cup requires internal cleaning, remove it (after depressurizing the system) and wash with mild dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse thoroughly and ensure it is completely dry before reassembling.
• Forsigtighed: Do not use organic solvents, thinners, or alcohol to clean the polycarbonate bowl, as these chemicals can cause cracking or damage.
