Opsætning

The Breville The Sommelier uses 90% pure oxygen to accelerate the decanting process. One minute of oxygenation is equivalent to approximately one hour of traditional decanting.

- Hæld vin: Carefully pour your wine into the glass carafe. Do not overfill past the maximum fill line.
- Set Decanting Time: Use the rotary dial on the power base to set the desired oxygenation time. The display shows "DECANTING TIME" in minutes and seconds. Refer to the Breville app for recommended decanting times based on wine type, region, and vintage.
- Start Oxygenation: Tryk på STARTE button. The appliance will begin the oxygenation process, and the display will show a countdown. You will observe bubbles rising through the wine.

- Carafe Cleaning: After each use, empty any remaining wine. Wash the glass carafe by hand with warm soapy water. Use a soft brush if necessary to clean the interior and the central oxygenation tube. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry. The carafe is made of delicate glass; handle with care to prevent breakage.
