1. Introduktion

4. Opsætning

  1. Udpakning: Carefully remove the water bath from its packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
  2. Placering: Place the unit on a stable, level, and heat-resistant workbench or surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure there is adequate clearance around the unit for air circulation and access.
  3. Strømtilslutning: Connect the power cord to a grounded 110V AC power outlet. Ensure the power switch on the unit is in the 'OFF' position before connecting.
  4. Påfyldning af tanken: Fill the stainless steel inner tank with distilled or deionized water. The water level should be sufficient to immerse the samples or containers to be heated, but not so high that it overflows when samples are added or when the water expands during heating.   5. Install Cover and Rings: Place the stainless steel cover on the water bath. Adjust the concentric rings to fit the size of your flasks or test tubes.

5. Betjeningsvejledning

  1. Tænd: Flip the main power switch (refer to Figure 3.3) to the 'ON' position. The digital display will illuminate.
  2. Indstil temperatur:
    • The LED display shows the current temperature (PV) and the set temperature (SV).
    • Press the 'SET' button on the control panel. The SV value will begin to flash.
    • Use the 'Up' (▲) and 'Down' (▼) arrow buttons to adjust the desired temperature. The temperature control range is RT (room temperature) to 99.9℃.
    • Press 'SET' again to confirm the new temperature. The unit will begin heating to the set temperature.
  3. Opvarmningsproces: The water bath will heat the water to the set temperature. The 'OUT' indicator on the control panel may light up when heating is active. The microcomputer control ensures accurate temperature maintenance with an error of ±0.5℃.

7. Fejlfinding
