Opsætning
- Fastgørelse af bærehåndtaget: Secure the extra carry handle to the designated mounting points on the unit for easier transport.
- Mounting the Coolant Tank: Attach the integrated coolant tank to the unit. Ensure it is securely fastened and fill it with appropriate cutting fluid.
- Installing the Core Drill Bit:

Betjeningsvejledning
- Valg af hastighed: The unit features a mechanical 2-speed gearbox. Select the appropriate speed (330 rpm for 1st gear, 660 rpm for 2nd gear) based on the material and drill bit diameter. Lower speeds are generally for larger diameters and harder materials.
- Aktivering af magneten: Ensure the magnetic base is firmly engaged with the workpiece before starting the motor. The magnetic holding power is 11000 Newton.
- Start af motor: Turn on the motor using the power switch. Allow the motor to reach full speed before engaging the drill bit with the workpiece.
- Boring: Use the feed hand wheel to slowly lower the drill bit into the workpiece. Apply steady, even pressure. The feed hand wheel can be moved from one side to the other for user convenience.
- Kølevæskeflow: Ensure the coolant system is active and providing sufficient lubrication and cooling to the drill bit during operation, especially for deep holes or hard materials.

- Stop af drift: Once the drilling is complete, retract the drill bit from the workpiece using the feed hand wheel, then turn off the motor. Finally, deactivate the magnetic base.
