This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient use of your Bixolon SRP-350IIICOSG Thermal Receipt Printer. 2. Sikkerhedsoplysninger

4. Opsætning
4.1 Udpakning og placering
Carefully remove the printer from its packaging. Place the printer on a flat, stable surface near your computer or POS system.
4.2 Tilslutning af strømforsyningen

- Plug the power supply connector into the power port on the back of the printer.

- USB-forbindelse: Connect one end of a USB cable (Type B) to the USB port on the printer and the other end to an available USB port on your computer or POS system.
- Seriel forbindelse: Connect one end of a serial cable (DB9) to the serial port on the printer and the other end to an available serial port on your computer or POS system.
4.4 Loading the Paper Roll
- Åbn printerdækslet ved at trykke på håndtaget til åbning af dækslet.
- Insert the new paper roll into the paper compartment with the paper feeding from the bottom.

4.5 Driverinstallation
Before using the printer, you must install the appropriate drivers on your computer or POS system. Drivers are typically available on the Bixolon official website. Follow the instructions provided with the driver package for installation.
5. Betjening af printeren
5.1 Tænd/sluk
To power on the printer, press the power switch located on the side or back of the printer to the 'ON' position. To power off, press the switch to the 'OFF' position.
5.2 Statusindikatorer
The printer features LED indicators to show its current status:
- Power LED: Lyser, når printeren er tændt.

To print a self-test page:

6. Vedligeholdelse

Regular cleaning of the print head ensures optimal print quality and extends printer life. Clean the print head using an alcohol swab or a specialized print head cleaning pen.

If the auto cutter experiences frequent jams or malfunctions, it may require cleaning. Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove paper dust and debris from the cutter mechanism.
