Opsætning og installation
Follow these steps for proper installation of the Hager 2500 Series Cylindrical Passage Lock.
1. Dørforberedelse
Ensure your door is prepared with the following standard dimensions:
- Krydsboring: 2-1/8 inches (54 mm) diameter
- Edge Bore (Latch Hole): 1 inch (25 mm) diameter
- backset: 2-3/4 tommer (70 mm)
Use the provided template (if applicable) to mark and drill holes accurately. Incorrect drilling can affect lock function and security.
2. Install Latch Mechanism
- Insert the latch mechanism into the edge bore of the door, ensuring the bevel of the latch bolt faces the door frame.

The Hager 2500 Series Cylindrical Passage Lock is designed for non-locking applications. It allows free entry and exit at all times.
- To open the door, simply depress the lever handle on either side.
- Release the lever to allow the latch bolt to extend and secure the door in the closed position.
Note: While two operating keys are supplied, these are typically for internal component access or specific installation adjustments, not for a locking function on a passage set. This lock does not provide security locking.
