2. Sikkerhedsinstruktioner

4. Opsætning
- Udpakning: Tag forsigtigt pålægsmaskinen ud af emballagen. Gem emballagematerialerne til senere transport eller opbevaring.
- Placering: Position the slicer on a clean, dry, stable, and level surface capable of supporting its weight (16 kg). Ensure adequate ventilation around the motor.

5. Betjeningsvejledning
- Justering af skivetykkelse: Turn the thickness adjustment knob (Figure 3) to set the desired slice thickness, from paper-thin up to 15 mm.
- Indlæsning af mad: Place the food item onto the food carriage (Figure 4). Use the food pusher to secure the item against the back plate and the carriage. Ensure the food is stable and will not shift during slicing.
- Tænd: Press the 'ON' button (Figure 5) to start the motor. The blade will begin to rotate.
- Udskæring: Gently push the food carriage back and forth, guiding the food item against the rotating blade. Maintain a steady, even pressure.
- Sluk: Once slicing is complete, press the 'OFF' button (Figure 5) to stop the motor. Wait for the blade to come to a complete stop before removing any sliced food or adjusting settings.
- Sikkerhed under drift: Always keep hands clear of the blade. Never attempt to slice food without the food carriage and pusher.
6. Vedligeholdelse og rengøring
Regular cleaning and maintenance are crucial for hygiene and the longevity of your slicer. Always disconnect the power cord before cleaning.
6.1 Daglig rengøring
- Demontering: The food carriage and other parts are easily removable for quick cleaning. Carefully remove these components.
- Vask: Hand wash all removable parts with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Rengøring af knive: With extreme caution, wipe the blade using a damp cloth and mild detergent. Always wipe from the center outwards to avoid cutting yourself.
