Opsætning
Strømkilde
The Sharp EL-250S calculator operates on a dual power system: solar power and a single LR44 button cell battery. In well-lit conditions, the calculator primarily uses solar power. In dim lighting or when solar power is insufficient, it automatically switches to battery power.
Installation/udskiftning af batteri
- Sørg for, at lommeregneren er slukket.
- Find batteridækslet på bagsiden af lommeregneren.
- Using a small screwdriver, carefully remove the screw securing the battery compartment cover.
- Fjern dækslet.
- Fjern det gamle LR44-batteri (hvis det skal udskiftes).
- Insert a new LR44 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
- Sæt batterirummets dæksel på igen og fastgør det med skruen.
Note: Dispose of used batteries according to local regulations. Do not mix old and new batteries.

- Tryk på ON key to turn the calculator on.
- The calculator will automatically turn off after approximately 7-10 minutes of inactivity to conserve power.
Grundlæggende aritmetiske beregninger

- Subtraktion: Indtast det første tal, tryk på -, enter the second number, press =.

Procenttage Beregninger
At beregne en procentdeltage of a number (e.g., 10% of 200):
- Indtast 200.
- Trykke ×.
- Indtast 10.
- Trykke %. The result (20) will be displayed.
Hukommelsesfunktioner
- M+: Tilføjer den viste værdi til hukommelsen.
- M-: Trækker den viste værdi fra hukommelsen.
- RM (Hent hukommelse): Recalls the value stored in memory to the display.
- CM (Ryd hukommelse): Clears the memory content. Pressing RM after CM will display 0.
Skatteberegning

- Enter the tax rate (e.g., 5 for 5%).

To perform tax calculations:
- +TAX: Adds tax to the displayed value.

Opretholdelse
- Rensning: Tør lommeregneren af med en blød, tør klud. Brug ikke slibende rengøringsmidler eller opløsningsmidler.

- Batteri: If the calculator is not to be used for an extended period, remove the battery to prevent leakage.

Fejlfinding
