3. Installation

3.1 Montering

1. Select a suitable indoor location for the load center, ensuring it is easily accessible and free from moisture.
2. Securely mount the load center to a sturdy surface using appropriate fasteners. The enclosure provides multiple mounting points.
3. Ensure the load center is level and plumb before tightening all mounting screws.

• Main Service Wires: Route the main service entrance conductors through the tangential knockouts. Connect the two hot (phase) conductors to the main breaker terminals and the neutral conductor to the neutral bar. The load center accepts #4 - 2/0 AWG main wire.
• Jording: Install a ground bar (e.g., Square D PK15GTA, sold separately) in one of the three available mounting locations. Connect the equipment grounding conductors to this ground bar.
• Branch Circuits: Install appropriate Square D Homeline circuit breakers (not included) into the designated spaces. Connect the hot wire of each branch circuit to its respective breaker terminal and the neutral wire to the neutral bar.
• Momentspecifikationer: Ensure all terminal screws are tightened to the torque specifications indicated on the load center label.
• Bottom Feed Configuration: If main service conductors are entering from the bottom, the entire device can be rotated 180 degrees to facilitate this configuration.

Once installation is complete and verified by a qualified electrician, and power has been restored:

• Hovedafbryder: The large main breaker controls all power to the load center. To turn off all power, switch the main breaker handle to the "OFF" position. To restore power, switch it to the "ON" position.
• Branch Circuit Breakers: Each smaller breaker controls a specific circuit. To turn off power to a single circuit, switch its breaker handle to the "OFF" position.
